Half Marathon Strength Training Plan: Level 2
This is a 12 week Strength Training Plan to go alongside your Half Marathon Plan. This Level 2 plan is aimed at those who bought the Level 4-6 Half Marathon Plans (Beginner - Intermediate )
You will have 2 sessions a week and you need to have access to free weights, kettlebells, bands and a box.
This plan has been designed by Adrian D’costa from the Running Room. Adrian is a specialist running physiotherapist and was named 2022 London Marathon’s Official Physiotherapist. He’s treated clients of all abilities, from elite international athletes to the everyday recreational runner. We hope you enjoy this strength & conditioning plan.
